PTFE
is an extremely
hydrophobic & extremely stable at high
temperatures of 260°C (500°F).
These polymers retain their toughness &
strength at sub zero temperatures which makes
them an ideal material for outer space
technologies. PTFE
is almost
in-affected by ozone & oxygen or UV light
& has no ageing properties. PTFE Polytetrafluoroethylene has an extremely low
co-efficiency of friction with superb non-stick
properties.
These materials have an outstanding high
dielectric strength varying from 50 to 80kV/mm
with a very high degree of high volume &
surface resistivity.

added contoured edges which prevents
chaffing to cables & does not cut or chaffe
hands whilst being assemblied and is re-useable.
