UL/CSA Polyvinylchloride - PVC 2:1 flame retardant, heat shrink tubing.

HST is a semi-rigid (PVC) polyvinylchloride commercial grade UL/CSA approved heatshrink tubing. An deal solution for insulating low voltage LV bus bars battery leads, connectors, wires, cables and can be used in other applications.

For a more flexible tubing, you will require our commercial grade EC2 or military grade EMS2. If you are after a halogen free material which does not give off toxic fumes consider ENHTW

Note : HST should be stored away from direct sunlight at below 25°C and must be used within 90 days of delivery. HST has a continuous operating temperature of : -30 to 105°C [220°F]

Colours : Black as standard, other colours to order.
Minimum shrink temperature : 160°C [320°F]

HST-U Rapidshrink is a layflat heat shrink sleeving supplied with an ultra thin wall & in layflat format.
An ideal material with a rapid shrink process for insulating batteries, kayak handles, canoe handles,
for covering PCB circuit boards, trolleys, sports handles & other applications.

Sizes from I.D. 12.7mm to I.D. 127.5mm.
Layflat width format 20mm to 200.0mm

Wall thicknesses vary from < 0.1 to 0.3mm (< 0.00394" to 0.0118")


Operating temperature : -20 to 85°C (185°F)
Colours : Standard Clear, other colours to order.
