HST Plastic - PVC 105°C heat shrink tubing.

HST (PDF : 29kB) is a tough semi-rigid polyvinylchloride, commercial grade, semi-flexible UL224 VW-1 & CSA OFT approved heat shrink tubing.

This tough tubing is ideal for insulating electrical low voltage bus bars, battery leads, connectors, wires & cables & can be used in other applications as well. HST should be stored away from direct sunlight at below 25°C & used within 90 days of delivery. HST has a continuous operating temperature of -30 to 105°C. Colours : Black & other colours to order. Minimum shrink temperature : 160°C - 320°F




HST-U Rapidshrink is a layflat heat-shrink sleeving supplied with an extremely ultra thin wall & in layflat format is an ideal material with a rapid shrink process for Ni-cad batteries, for covering PCB circuit boards, trolley handles, Kayak oar handles, rowing handles, sports handles & other areas such as tamper-proofing on food products.

Sizes begin from I.D. 12.7mm which is layflat format 20mm to I.D. 127.5mm, layflat format 200mm.

Wall thicknesses from <0.1 to 0.3mm. Colours : Clear as standard.
Operating temperature -20 to 85°C. Other colours : Various to order.
